Each session centres around either the New Moon or Full Moon, inspired by the energy and themes surrounding the specific moon phase and season. From themes of growth, renewal, abundance, release, rest, transformation and more, no two gatherings are ever the same (much like the moon!). Sessions are designed to help you connect with the energy of the current season we are moving through.
Through guided prompts, journaling and intentional reflection as well as themed crafts, Mama Moon creates space to pause, reset and reconnect with the season of life you're currently navigating.
