Tune in to our online women’s Meditation Monday sessions hosted from LHC HQ, a calming space to land, release and reset. Our sessions run every Monday in the evenings, encouraging you to engage in mindful practice to calm the mind, relax your body and lift you mood and make meditation a regular practice in your life.

Together, we will be exploring a Vipassana inspired practice, an ancient meditation technique centred around observing the body and breath, helping you reconnect and see things with clarity, love and balance.

This is a beginner friendly session, made up of three elements:

Release + Awareness Journalling (10 mins)

We’ll begin by exploring the question:“What am I holding onto right now?” you’ll be invited to journal freely without fixing, overanalysing or judging, simply to acknowledge what is present for you or playing on your mind right now. This awareness practice allows you to move into the meditation session from a place of observation rather than in the depths of the feeling. Our journal prompt remains the same each week with a secondary prompt that changes weekly, allowing you to delve deeper into the emotion or thing you are holding on to right now.

Guided Meditation (15 mins)
What follows is our live, spoken Vipassana style meditation, guiding you through breath and body awareness. You will be encouraged to notice sensations in your body as they arise, without needing to change or control them.

Closing Reflections (5–10 mins)

We close the session with a reflection circle, open for you to share or listen, there is no pressure to engage, just a space to be as you are and share what you feel aligns.
